John "Jay" Snead is not just an educator; he is a testament to the power of financial literacy. Growing up in the projects of Long Island, Jay saw firsthand the devastating effects of economic disenfranchisement. He lived the reality that Carter G. Woodson wrote about over a century ago—miseducated about money, taught to labor rather than leverage, and conditioned to be a consumer rather than an owner.
But Jay asked different questions. He challenged the narrative that wealth was reserved for "others." Through over 20 years of relentless study, business building, and investing, he cracked the code to financial liberation.

The Mission
The Wealth Builders Mastermind Group (WBMMG) was born out of a necessity to share this knowledge. Jay realized that individual success wasn't enough; true liberation requires community.
